basb8 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players in Bangladesh

To register and use basb8 you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. basb8 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification using a valid Bangladesh National Identification Card (NID) or Passport. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance returned to the original payment method. basb8 will not be liable for any loss suffered by an underage player who misrepresented their age during registration.

basb8 is intended for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of basb8 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. basb8 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice. Players using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions do so in breach of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one basb8 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, mobile number, NID, device, IP address, or household are prohibited. basb8 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any outstanding withdrawals cancelled, bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact basb8 support immediately to resolve the situation.

To register a basb8 account you must provide: a valid Bangladesh mobile number (which will serve as your account identifier); a secure password of at least 8 characters; your full legal name as it appears on your NID or Passport; your date of birth; and accurate contact information. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. basb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.

basb8 requires all players to complete KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents required are: a clear photograph of your valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) front and back, or a valid Passport biographical page; and a recent selfie holding the document. basb8 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number) to confirm that deposits and withdrawals are being made from accounts you own and control. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your basb8 login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or account access with any third party. basb8 will never ask for your password through any channel including phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or chat. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact basb8 support immediately and change your password. basb8 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

basb8 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit stated here; players should refer to the current limits displayed in the basb8 Cashier section at the time of deposit, as these may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank. basb8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement — the withdrawable balance displayed in your account is net of any bonus funds still subject to rollover.

basb8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent; the payment account does not match the KYC-verified identity of the account holder; the player is in breach of these Terms; or the transaction appears to violate applicable law. In such cases basb8 will attempt to return funds to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees and the cost of any investigation required. Chargebacks initiated by players against basb8 are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by basb8 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms will prevail. basb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual offer terms (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. During the wagering period, only real money funds (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer terms — failure to meet the requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game category are published in individual offer terms.

Using basb8 for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using stolen payment credentials, structuring transactions to launder money through the platform, and making chargebacks on legitimate deposits. basb8 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable law. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent or money-laundering activity will be permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing information to manipulate game outcomes, or placing bets on sporting events where you have inside knowledge of a fixed outcome is strictly prohibited. basb8 uses algorithmic and manual monitoring to detect unusual betting patterns. Accounts involved in collusion or match fixing will be permanently closed, all winnings voided, and the matter reported to relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.

The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, exploits, or any tool that interfaces with the basb8 platform in a manner not intended by basb8 is strictly prohibited. This includes tools designed to exploit game or platform bugs, arbitrage bots, and any software that gives the player an unfair advantage over other players or over basb8. Detection of automated betting or software exploitation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings generated through such means.
